Awful customer service, I’d give it 0 stars if I could, very rude Asian couple, disgraceful manner, attitude and no concept of knowing how much bad reviews, negative opinions are bad for business. They have no idea how to run a business, how to attract customers let alone retain them. I will be telling everyone to stay away from this atrocious, unprofessional, rude optician. I work across the road and popped in out of no other option, but I’d rather travel to get to a decent, professional optician with good standards of customer service than go to this shambles of a so called optician. No idea about what they’re doing either, offeting their unwanted, inexperienced, unprofessional and totally nonsensical opinions that I have no regard and hold no value in life. No wonder it’s always quiet, no customers and likely to close down soon, no customers, no business left. I’d recommend everyone to stay away from this place and go somewhere worthy.
