Super helpful. Always pleasant, not pushy. Great choice, always find the best to suit, and reasonable prices.

Warning: There is no such thing as a "free eye test." I needed a new prescription and contacts ASAP so I went here and the only positive was that I could make an appointment for the same day. The exam room (downstairs) was not very clean and the staff were quite rude and awkward. There was a sign on the door saying "free eye test" but I was still charged £70 for a "contacts trial." Absolute rip-off. Also, the staff were incredibly insistent I get daily contacts and were very condescending when I asked about 2 week/month contacts. They also refused to give me my Pupillary Distance since I wasn't buying frames from them. I would definitely not recommend.

Incredibly helpful. Was passing - popped in - had a chat - had a huge amount of non fussy and non pushy help choosing - was given 'free' eye test - and within less than an hour I had ordered two news pairs of glasses. I usually find choosing glasses a huge pain - this experience was fun. Fingers crossed that when they arrive (special delivery / no charge - as was up in town on business), I'll put them on and they'll be spot on. Thanks very much.

Really friendly service. Nice guys and very helpful. I was late for my appointment and they rescheduled for the same day. Will happily do business again.

Great choice of frames and non pushy staff. Loses a star for opening hours with no evenings or weekends.
