Mallon and Taub is by far the best optician I have ever experienced. The consistent and excellent customer service is backed up by a truly professionalism, engaging and patient team. I love visiting the store and I am always made to feel very welcome. They have the most exciting and interesting ranges of spectacles too and honest advice is always given without me feeling the pressure to buy! Simply a brilliant experience!! Thank you.

Amazing Service by Gerry who was so experienced and patient. He quickly understood what type of frames I was looking for and narrowed down what I may like from their huge collection. I am very particular and normally find it difficult to choose frames but Gerry made it very easy as he was so knowledgeable about the frames and took into consideration, explaining, what would work with my prescription and structure of my face. I was able to make a decision very quickly as he was very helpful and honest, giving me time when I needed it to reflect. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Who would have thought that going to the opticians could be such pleasant experience? The opticians at Mallon and Taub are not only complete professionals, who are extremely conscientious, but the entire staff go out of their way to help. This is an example of customer service at its finest. Now, if we can just get everyone else to be like them...
