I have been a patient at this clinic for almost 6 years now and I can say I am extremely satisfied with the service. First of all, the treatment has been life changing as I do not need to use glasses anymore and my vision has been much better. I have myopia and can say that this treatment has 100% helped. The equipment at the clinic are of the latest technology and I was really impressed. No problem has occurred not even once from the contact lenses and everything been going smoothly. Secondly, Charles and his daughter have been so helpful and polite and the service is 10/10. I am so happy I found this clinic and will continue to be a patient in the following years as well. Thank you.

I have been a customer of City Eyes and Charles Babumba for around 12 years now as an Ortho K patient. I have always found the service to be first class, and it is always a pleasure to see Charles. I still can't believe more people do not use Ortho K, for me it has been nothing short of life changing, no glasses or contacts during the day for over 12 years! Charles (and now his daughter Belinda) have made sure my optical health is never compromised, and i feel in very good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend City Eyes!

Booking an appointment with Doctor Charles Babumba at City Eyes was the best decision I could have made. I struggled with severe eye dryness for 2 years, visited doctors in Paris, Rome, Philadelphia, Baltimore and DC and no one could find a solution to my problem except for Doctor Babumba. He was the only doctor to successfully fit me with scleral lenses that fully worked. I had completely given up and did not think it would be possible. I still live in Paris but gladly organise trips to London to go to City Eyes. I can now drive at night again (I had to stop driving for the past 2 years because of the impact my eye dryness had on my eyesight).
