Fantastic service at all stages! Really felt like I was in the safe hands of experts, right through from eye examination, through to selecting spectacles and the fitting. Super friendly and helpful team. My first time not going to one of the big high street options, glad I made the switch :) Also, fantastic range of frames

Great service! I was having trouble with my new glasses that I'd gotten back in the US. The eye doctor got me right in and identified two issues that were relatively easy to fix. Tony did a great job getting my new lenses quickly and didn't try to upsell me (unlike my prior provider). I only wish I was staying in London so I could continue to use them.

I’ve been a customer for almost a decade - and still very happy with the service I receive from Iris Optical. Eye tests are thorough and professional, and the recent customer service I received when selecting some new glasses was spot on. I was not rushed, but was helped by someone who clearly knows what he’s talking about, and who guided me to choose the frames that suited me best, not the ones that were the most expensive. This was important to me as I felt I could trust the advice I was given. Highly recommended!

Have been using Iris for many years. They consistently have the very best choice of frames backed up by expert and friendly advice. 5 stars is all I'm allowed to give but it's still not enough. Try them!

Been using Iris optical for over 6 years now and the overall service and quality just gets better. On this occasion I visited the London Bridge store where the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My order was delivered in 3 days of my visit, which was much appreciated as I needed them for a overseas trip.
