Poor customer service, can never fit you in, tell you you have to have a compulsory eye test even if that's not what you came for. The opposite of what a good high street opticians should be.

Best shop but Worst Pharmacist at Kensington High Street. I went to get a medicine for my wife but was told she needs to be present in person. Upon asking for the reason the pharmacist only had one answer "She just needs to be here and thats it". Before I could say anything she disappeared. I asked staff for the pharmacist again but she refused to attend to me. First time seen a pharmacist acting like a brain surgeon. Even brain surgeons dont have this attitude they have manners and talk like educated people. I asked her to call manager and she again ran away saying "even manager cant do anything". Another staff called manager and the gentleman explained properly the reasons and risks why the drug has to be given to the user. We have been regular customers of Boots and have never seen such an ill mannered person there. Give her some training and teach her some basic manners please.

These guys managed to: 1. break my frame that I getting re-glazed 2. proceeded to give me a new fram (low quality) and put the worng lenses on 3. Gurarantee that they would resolve the issue "on the next day" which NEVER came (its been 2 weeks) I feel sorry for trhe staff who have no ability to do anything (everything is outsourced) - however the bottom line is that the customer service is apalling and I now a massive DETRACTOR
