Awful customer service Being served by Neelima when checked out, didn’t received my order for three weeks, when I called back they said they didn’t place the order. The whole experience was awful, didn’t give me any choices and Neelima was with rather bad attitude in the whole process. Only asked me to pay without telling me which one I’m buying even I asked twice and turned out it’s the MOST EXPENSIVE ONE.

My optometrist was Shayda and she did a great job showing me the different scenarios with the remake of my glasses.. she kindly explained different options and took her time to sort out the problem and in the end she made me feel welcome to return if anything was needed again; I've been there couple of times and the staff are also very friendly; shout out to my associate Alexandra and the Armenian girl there.

Friendly, helpful staff, thorough eye exam and very reasonably priced (free exam and contact lens checkup if you buy 3 months of contacts - I only wear one, still get the deal). Most negative reviews seem to be about delayed delivery, but I haven't ever experienced that. Perfectly nice, friendly and professional place - at least to me!
