I’ve been going to Eye Emporium at Swiss Cottage since they opened here, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they have offered. Everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and seemingly possessed of an infinite amount of time and energy to ensure that what the customer gets is the right thing for them. Certainly that is my experience; but it is also the experience of friends to whom I have recommended Eye Emporium. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is done with a smile. Five stars, definitely!

I have been getting my eyes tested, buying glasses and sunglasses here for the last 10 years or so. The service has always been excellent and professional and I would highly recommend them. They have an interesting range of different makes of glasses and I have spent ages in there at times trying on many pairs, getting comments, photos taken, all with patience and good humour, to help me decide on the best pair for me. Aftercare service is great too.

Fantastic service at Eye Emporium. Up front and honest about not necessarily needing glasses, however also took in to account my work and recommended something that would take the strain off my eyes. No hard sell, and not trying to push things I don’t need. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service at Eye Emporium Opticians Swiss Cottage. Salim and Saaed are both professional, friendly and helpful with all aspects of eye testing and choosing frames. Salim even managed to keep me calm whilst simultaneously advising me to go to Moorfields A&E, immediately! If the above isn't reason enough for me to recommend them for your eye care needs, the genuine interest and above and beyond follow up care I received should be.

I went into The Eye Emporium in Swiss Cottage to ask about a new cleaning cloth for my glasses. I was shown a range of different cloths and a spray and lens wipes, Keeda delivers the most outstanding customer service. A huge thank you and I recommend.
