I wanted to try something different to the mainstream opticians. Vision Optique didn't disappoint. As someone who has glaucoma in the family I wanted to go somewhere I could have that personal care. The equipment is modern and new and the appointment was easy. so If you want a tentative bespoke experience then go there. The prices are competitive and the glass selection is really good and you can see they are chosen with the environment in mind. Archana is lovely very professional and you can tell she loves what she does and is extremely good at it. I came away with a pair of updated smart glasses and have received loads of compliments . The appointments allows for plenty of time to choose your glasses. I received excellent service and would recommend them.

I have been slightly disappointed with Vision Optique. Great choice of frames and lenses but wihin a year the arm of my glasses has fallen off twice. Fortunately, I was indoors on both occasions. On the first visit, it was repaired within a day but, this week the shop has been closed most days, so I decided to have it fixed by David Clulow. My glasses were ready the following day for free.

Private, polite, professional, boutique, choice, friendly, stylish, excellent service, occasional parties, seasonal ranges, individual attention.

If you are looking for value for money, this Opticians might not be the best option. I had an eye test last year and although the customer service was good and the eye test examination thorough, I was not too happy with the price I had to pay for replacing the lenses in my current frames. It cost me around £200 when other opticians charge £50-70 less. Considering how young I am and how often my prescription changes, paying £200 per year is not ideal.
