I've been a customer for over a decade. They have an excellent and large selection of glasses and sunglasses, including high-end designers. Charles, the owner, is very nice and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. They do great customization work for your exact needs. There is a optometrist on-site a couple days a week for convenience. I've never had a bad experience - great costumer service! I would highly recommend Cross Eyed Optical and would encourage everyone to at least visit the store when searching for their next pair of lenses.

Crossed Eyed Optical is a small boutique like optical store front. They have a nice selection of glasses and sun glasses, most of which are higher end brands. I enjoyed my experience trying on frames and receiving truthful feedback from the employees on what looks good and what does not look as good. In their personal opinion. I was torn between several different pairs of frames. I attempted to take a picture of the frame and model number so I can look them up at home and have more information to assist in making an informed decision on my future purchase. Unfortunately I was told by staff that I was not allowed to take a pictures in the store and quoted it was their 'policy'. The staff member proceeded to say that the store has become more of a try on store and potential customer buying online or elsewhere. The prices of the frame are significantly higher than other equivalent optical stores around the same area. One suggestion is if the store lowered their prices to compete with other stores or their online competitors they would not need to worry about their 'try on store' policy. Interesting that they did not have an issue with providing me the model name/number to write down but for whatever reason I could not take a picture of it. #letsguide

Bunch of beauties work here. Gentleman doing the eye exam was friendly and great to talk to. The owner and his sub stayed late to help get my glasses all setup and where fun to converse with. Hilarious duo.

Charles and his staff re-define excellence in customer service. My prescription presented a couple of challenges requiring a lot of extra time and effort on his part to make things right. And what was most important to him was that he got things right for me and to my satisfaction. He was extremely patient during the process as he worked with me to determine the problem and to eventually resolve it, which gave me a superlative result. I love my new sun glasses, wind proof and all!! Many thanks to you and all of your team. You score 6 stars out of 5 in my opinion!
