Very poor quality, customer service & warranty coverage. I spent over $600 for a pair of progressives that are horrible, and a pair of single vision that the frames were all bent and a piece of the lens was chipped. I had a pair of Coach sunglasses that they changed the prescription in and they totally ruined my frames and changed the lenses to thick ugly one. This place is awful!! I've been buying glass for over 35 years and have never experienced such poor quality & customer service. I've went back several times, contacted the Head Office, Area manager and nobody returns calls or offers solutions just a big run around. I even had the Better Business Bureau contact them and they didn't even take that seriously or even respond to them! I spent over $600 and have 3 pairs of unusable glasses.....go elsewhere so this doesn't happen to you!!!! Support the smaller businesses, they actually care.

I had a really great experience with Geri she was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone and thanks for helping me and my kids get our glasses!

Very professional staff at Team Wellington Location. Glasses were ready in timely fashion. I would definitely visit this store again for my eye care needs.

Great service from the team and a very proffessional eye examination from the doctor. Purchased 2 pairs for less than one at my previous time getting glasses!
