Having worn glasses/contacts for the majority of my life, I've always struggled to find flattering glasses. Optical Villa was hands down the best experience for me. I was able to get honest opinions and glasses that I would actually feel comfortable and look good wearing! I've introduced them to my family and now we all go to them for everything from contacts, glasses and sunglasses. Prices are also super affordable and they take care of the insurance claims directly. I highly recommend!

I had visited to get a new pair of sunglasses. They had a great selection and were very helpful in finding a style that worked well for me. I'm happy with my Tom Ford sunglasses and will definitely recommend others to visit Optical Villa. They are definitely more willing to spend time servicing their customers compared to other optical stores in Pacific Mall.

I had trouble finding the right pair of glasses that fits the shape of my face and was very self conscious when wearing my old ones. When I walked in the sales person (his name is Greg) immediately helped me and asked me what I needed help with and what I had in mind. They suggested styles that I never tried before and surprisingly they actually look pretty good! I get compliments all the time now with these new pair of glasses. On top of all of these, they initially ran out of the style I wanted because it was discontinued (the owner was wearing them and I requested to see that style) However they went out of their way and ordered them for me. I actually got a call from them the day after saying they have ordered it and it would be ready in a few days! My brother used to come to this place for glasses before the new owners took over, and he said this type of customer service never happened before. My brother and my whole family now comes here for eye wear. I'd recommend anyone here to get their sunglasses, contacts, glasses etc. !!

Much better than services you get at pmall. Took the time to go over multiple glasses and going over the difference in lens quality. Got me a good discount too. Highly recommended
