quality of service definitely went downhill, last time i went, she first said my right eye prescription increased, then 2 minutes later said oh nvm it's still the same, then 5 minutes later said oh nvm i think it actually did increase a bit, then another 3 minutes later finally confirmed it's still the same. I was like: ???? Very confusing and not straight forward! Equipment are also pretty old and outdated.

Visited Dr.Ma with my wife for eye exams (I have got full eye exam). Dr.Ma is quite professional and patient. She examined my eyes and explained to me in details and told me how to protect eyes. A happy experience!

Laughably unprofessional. Only customers at the clinic were an older couple and I. We could hear Dr. Ma taking a nap and snoring loudly in the second room. She appeared from out of the room with disheveled hair and saliva residue on the side of her mouth. She took the couple in, moments later I get taken in for my contact fitting appointment and get a sample to test them out. The prescription doesn't fit so I ask for a fine tuning a week later but she is so reluctant to make the small change to it that would help make it fit right without me be being insistent. Guess what! The fine tuning was a better fit than the initial prescription. With contact samples costing her nothing she was too lazy to put in the effort to do the job right until I started getting frustrated at her. I say that to say this, only go here if you desperately need a quick prescription for regular glasses you will be purchasing somewhere else.

I have used Dr. Ma's services since 2013 initially recommended by my family doctor, and found her quite knowledgeable , professional and responsible. This year, during a routine eye examination, I was grateful that she found some severe issues in my right eye and made quick referral to specialist. The staff in this clinic are friendly and capable. The secretary at the front desk is multi-lingual. Recently I used their contact lens fitting service where I physically wore a sample contact lens at the required prescriptions to precisely measure my vision power etc, beside learning how to apply/remove it. I am impressed that they have a wide range of sample lens in various powers/brands.

Worst experience I've ever had. During the entire eye examination, I was uncomfortable and questioned her professionalism. Upon meeting, she didn't say hi or anything, just "sit down" in a stern manner. Dr. Ma just sticks her fingers in your eye without saying anything, and the equipments are outdated. The receptionists are not too better. I would not recommend this doctor
