Saw the negative reviews which is why I am posting positive one. My brother and his family going to him for years he recommend me to see him. My experience was nothing but positive. Yes his costs are more than others when you see the machines they use on you before you see doctor its worth it. Very few doctors have these advance machines. Normal doctor you just read chart they look into your eyes thats it. Totally different here. Sorry for long review but if your comparing prices you need to know his eye exams go beyond the typical one.

A lot of equipments, great optometrists. BUT, also the worst appointment system you will ever experience, over crowded space, pricy bills and some under-trained staffs. The contact lens yearly program is good system, but poorly executed. I want to love this place because my optometrist is awesome, but I cannot love this place because of everything else.

Don’t waste your time! Receptionist rushed me off the phone, and told me she had 2 patients waiting for her. She was talking so fast! Can’t believe an eye examination would cost $168 🙄....

Money eater. I needed to request my records to be transferred to another optometrist and I was quoted 2 different prices by 2 different staffs. 60 for short report, 90 for full report from one staff; another quoted me 125 for full report! Shouldn't prices be the same for all clients? Also, my son needed vision therapy service which was not covered by OHIP; and he was quoted automatically 8500$ with no discount or offered any financial support program. So I found another optometry place that provides REAL vision therapy service for half the price.

This office is operated as a business first and foremost. The fees are very hidden and seem arbitrary and suddenly you're forking up $150 randomly. When something is run this way, patient care easily slips. Please avoid this office! It's a really scary atmosphere to be in.
