CustomEyes is a great facility, the staff are most welcoming and friendly group of employees. The front desk girls are very helpful. Dr. Bream is wonderful, she really cares for her patients and takes her time to answer all our concerns and questions.

Firstly I can start off by saying the staff were all very nice and very informative. The walk in to the reception area, you are greeted in a friendly manner and you then continue to give the appropriate information about yourself which is normal. He then gave forms to fill out but explained which parts were needed as this was my first time there. You get to meet an optician (first) and an optometrist (second) after this. They do a bunch of different types of testings with many different machines to make sure that your eyes are healthy and have no underlying issues, and when compared to other places, I really appreciate the time and care they put into each person to make sure they get the most accurate prescription (they do more than just make you read letters and dilate your eyes which other places tend to do). They'll also explain what you should do to prevent certain issues you may encounter and what they recommend you to try. Both will talk to you in a very calm and friendly yet welcoming manner which is great. After this you are able to purchase glasses from the front area that you entered from. They have a large variety of designer frames and a lot of different types of lenses. The person who helps you with the frames is very friendly and is very helpful when it comes to your budget. She'll give you all of your options and explain to you the different lens types and filters which can benefit you but never forces you to get anything you don't want. She makes you feel comfortable when trying on glasses which some other places don't. She Double checks the frame and lenses to make sure the fit of the frame and glass are lined up perfectly to the eyes and face shape before moving on. I really liked how kind and I really appreciate the attentiveness that she had when she made sure the frames were the ones for me and she also did some extra work which was a bonus +1 and was really thoughtful and I admire her for that. Overall, the design and layout of the place is very luxurious and the persona of each person makes Customeyes that much better. The Kindness that each member of customeyes shows towards patients/customers and the time they spend with each person really shows how much they care about each of them.

I had very very bad experience. I spent about $1,800.00 on my eye glass. Keep going back and forth 5 times to fix my glass but not satisfied. Wearing glass almost 37 years ; this is the First time it's happened. I was told I have to adjust my head using glasses ???for what??. Ended going back to my previous Optometrist took new prescription and spent another $1,000.00 and very happy. Sorry Dr.Sukanthy I am very unhappy ;that you know and basically I am an Accountant I was so patient corporate with you. When I came back again you kind of turned me down. It's ok, after all its business and there no Customer satisfaction.
