ODSP Recipients beware ..The reason why I'm giving this office 3 stars, which if it was just based on the doctor it would have been 5 but do to the receptionist who basically made me go through everything measuring my eyes picked glasses which needless to say not a very big assortment to choose from she sends me on my way and says to wait for a call when to pick them up , 4 days later she calls me and says there will be a $150 dispensing fee that ODSP doesn't cover , really ?? and she didn't know that the day of , so I'm thinking this is for everywhere which come to find out its not , So anyway called Hakim optical and that receptionist new exactly everything and said its a very unusual practice to charge dispensing fees and had a great selection of glasses , A word to the wise when you make a mistake and are not knowledgeable about your job and instead of smiling like you just did me a favor by having to go back to you to pick up my forms and find another place maybe try apologizing to the customer that you've waisted there time

My son Aziz has been seeing Dr. Katherine for 15 years, in the end she referred us to the best Surgeon Dr. Ahmed Ike where my son did get his eye surgery done. I just want to say Dr. Katherine has been a very patience and caring person. I will definitely recommend anyone in need of care to her. Thank you
