Not a good experience, did not end up with what I asked for. They speak of after sales service but it was all about the upsell. First person took their time to walk me thru all the frames, great start. Once I had selected my frames i was told I had to speak with someone else at "the desk". Thats where thinks went downhill. It was all about add ons and upsells. bi-focals, progressives, etc..not what i was asking for. I explained what I wanted to use my glasses for over and over.. Walking around the office, tv/movie viewing. I made it clear several times I do not want reading glasses, I do not sit in front of a computer. She argued with me about the term "office" for several minutes until I finally showed her my current glasses which are distance. "Call it what you want" I said, " I want a new version of these " which are not readers. Two weeks later I went in to pick up my glasses, they are reading glasses. As soon as i put them on I commented to the staff this was not right, they were reading glasses. The reaction was someone yelling out from the office, talking loudly over me and the other staff about how they only give me what I ask for... very loud, borderline aggressive and made me uncomfortable. After a few mins I agreed to give them a try, truthfully I just wanted to get out of there. I wore them for a couple days and called back to say they were still not working, these are not what I need, not what I asked for. I was immediately met with more arguments about how I only get what I asked for and was told I had to come back in to the store to discuss options. I live in barrie and was only aT Michelle's because of a locals recommendation. I was not happy... 10 mins later I get a call from someone else, she at least had a conversation with me, even apologized partly for the last staffs reaction and seemed to be discussing some options. Then someone started yelling over her from the background, basically saying again its my fault, I got what I asked for etc. Terribly unprofessional. Although the first person did indicate I could come in to discuss options I felt very uncomfortable and have not been back since. Why would i expect the reaction to be different after all that? I now have a $260 pair of readers that sit on my desk, barely touched.

Best place in the area to get glasses! Excellent customer service, from friendly and competent people! Great selection of frames to choose from. We have been coming to Michelle's for a few years now, and we will keep coming back.

Best place to get glasses and sunglasses hands down! Michelle’s team was very knowledgeable and eager to help me find a good fitting pair of sunglasses. They have a massive selection of brands such as oakleys, nike, ray bans and much more. They have some stock and if they dont have it they usually get the glasses in a few days.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff are helpful and kind, I love Michelle's honest opinion on eye wear and offers such a variety and a large selection. Looking forward to my new glasses.
