If there's a 0 star that i would gave a zero. you'll get no customer services in this store and they never ever pick up the phone at any time. I tried to called them for 5 hrs, no one picks up. the store manager promised to call us back but as I know, it's never gonna happen. like you ask your friends before buy the skirt, read our comments and save your time&money , never visit the lensecrafter in squareone. Manager lacks of the ability to do the job and if you want to experience all what we experienced, do business with them.

Was going to the mall to get some shopping done. And walked into lens crafter to look at some prescription eye glasses. The rep that was assisting us stated that she can get us a time slot for 9:45am with an optometrist. And we where extremely delighted. So we started to fill out the health form as this was our first visit to the optometrist. We asked the rep that it’s past 9:45am and when will we be seeing the optometrist? She stated that he is running 10mins behind schedule, which ended up being 40mins. (Unprofessional) After waiting for more than an hour we we’re told that we will have to wait another an hour or so. When I asked why do we need to wait another hour, the rep simply stated that they over booked. I asked why wasn’t I told this before and the rep had nothing to say. Based on this experience I would never go back to lens crafter. Horrible service and very disorganized business. Employees should be better educated and trained.

Bunch of young irresponsible staff. Sent a wrong set of readings to an outside party who actually made the glasses. Pushed me so hard to have me accept the wrong glasses as it were. Never go there again.

Like the last reviewer I would give this location zero stars in customer service!

Helpful staff, wish they had a larger variety in frames though. Overall clean and organized, but half the frames look the same with small variations.
