I would not do business with this company - EVER AGAIN. In Sept 2016 my wife pre-paid $420 for a 2-for-the-price-of-one lens/frame deal. My wife has received nothing despite the owner (John) making numerous lame excuses why he couldnt deliver (e.g. his lens supplier broke one of your lenses). After every missed delivery date, he made personal promises to my wife that he would deliver within a certain time period. He did not make good on his promises. I am shocked that a small business owner in a small town would act so unethically despite the owner having been in the business for so long. In hindsight, my wife should not have pre-paid for her glasses and should not have told the owner that the cost of the glasses were covered by medical insurance. The non-delivery of my wife's glasses was not due to an oversight on the part of the owner. He had multiple opportunities to deliver and did not.

The owner and optician, John Roi, is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, really knows his stuff. I bought two pairs of glasses from him recently, regular and sunglasses, for a price much better than I used to pay for one pair in the city. Recommended.
