Greg is possibly the coolest guy ever, he knows his stuff inside out. The man is a legend, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality frames and lenses. Also, this place has exceptional customer service. Thanks again for the patience and for finding me great glasses!

Best optician in Ottawa imo, I’ve been going here for glasses and exams for the past 6+ years and always get great service and pricing is very reasonable and the glasses have always been good to go within an hour of picking them out. I was even able to get a pair of vintage frames with prescription lenses for $40 because Greg had a promo going on at the time. Not sure if it’s still going on but they always have wild promos like two for one frames or discount on frames or . Even now that I live downtown I still make the trip back to orleans for this place, can’t recommend it enough.

Greg, I just wanted to thank you for fixing my lenses. I couldn’t be happier. The new lenses are perfect. I really feel like they were customized just for me. You really paid attention to what I needed. Love my new glasses! I would recommend you to anyone looking for excellent costumer service and very high quality lenses and glasses!

Greg the owners son just spoke down to me because my eyes were red and he didn't want to go through their contact fitting process...his approach to me a past client of their family business was unacceptable. My issue was not with him refusing to fit me with contacts but rather his condescending tone and dismissive manner. Needless to say I will be taking my business to clearly contact or Laurie optical This store tacks on a $40 fee, and 1hr contact fitting appointment for trial contact lenses other opticians provide at no charge. If you are a seasoned contact lens wearer who is looking to simply re-order contacts my recommendation would be to look elsewhere in the mall (to save money and time)

So I’ve purchased 2 pairs of glasses there, and also had 2 other sets of prescription lenses put in some frames I already had. The customer service is excellent, everyone has a smile on their face and welcomes you. This is a family run business and it shows. Greg is very knowledgeable in all things related to vision and glasses and keen to help you get exactly what you need. I’ve always been treated very well, prices are fair, and the turn around time is good. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
