Still requiring masks in June of 2023 contrary to the guidance of the Ontario government from over 1 year ago. They didn't tell me until the day before the appointment, so I cancelled the appointment. Other options exist that don't require masks, so I'll go there instead.

The receptionist lied to me and my husband, the so called dr. Changed my prescription without letting know how it was changed. (Dr.)She has no patience selecting frame, wants you in and out, a.s.a.p. Cheapest frames with expensive an price. A huge rip off. I'd travel any distance to never see her again. Just wondering if her 5 star reviews are from her family???

We drive half an hour to get to her. She is fantastic. Very patient and explains things wonderfully. She is so great with our kids. And our kids just love her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
