Dr Tepperman is an excellent professional, that is caring and very pleasant. My mother has some eye conditions that require special attention, and doctor Tepperman is always very explanatory when we have questions and makes himself available at anytime. Will definitely recommend him to family and fiends!

I met with Dr. Permack at Bay Bloor Optometry, and had a great experience. He was professional and personable, and discussed options with me that other optometrists hadn't previously. The office is modern, with the latest technology. I would (and will) gladly recommend him.

I had a great experience as a first time patient of Dr. Laurie Permack. I hadn't had an eye exam in years, and was a bit nervous (I remember it being very uncomfortable), but he was so friendly, professional, and patient with my questions, that it completely changed my perspective. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely be returning for my next eye exam soon!
