From the first time I went to Merivale Vision Care (many moons ago) I immediately noticed the upbeat, positive atmosphere among the staff. That atmosphere continues to this day. It is apparent that everyone there likes each other and likes working there. This kind of atmosphere comes right from the top in any organization. As I get older (aging like fine wine) I appreciate more and more the health care I get for my eyes from Dr. Joelle who is one of the most professional, skilled, friendly doctors I have ever had. Good sense of humour, too! I have complete confidence in her and the staff. Can't do this review without mentioning Crystal who has always gone the distance (and then some) in assisting both me and my husband in choosing the proper glasses for our needs. I would highly recommend Merivale Vision Care to anyone who wants the best eye care (and trust me, I have done!)

I have been a patient/client of Merivale Vision Care for many years. They are the most engaging, caring and thoughtful people, which encompasses the whole staff. I specifically see Dr. Zagury and have the greatest rapport with her. It feels so good, to be able to drop in whether to have my glasses adjusted or pick up additional contact lens, how the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Try then, you won’t be disappointed. Additional bonus, plenty of free parking.

I've been going to Dr. Clarke for a few years now. He is very informative and happy to answer any questions as well. The service from front desk to examinations is great! Overall I would recommend anyone to come here as they care for their patients

An appointment at Merivale Vision Care has always been a great experience and when it came time to chose a pair of glasses after 20 years!!! I had the help of Crystal, who has an amazing instinct to know exactly what 1) I liked, 2) what fit my face, style, etc. I wound up choosing the very first pair she had originally suggested (after narrowing down from many pairs and having to make the final difficult choice)!! Amazing! and the progressive prescription is perfectly aligned! Then a few weeks later, while I was in the waiting area for my follow-up appointment, Crystal showed me this pair of sunglasses that were just right for me, how did she know :-)...and I am very difficult when it comes to sunglasses!! Thank you Crystal! Glasses are such an important part of who we are, and you made me feel special, and I love my new glasses (2x)!! Highly recommend! Merci! Brenda JP

Dr. North is extremely friendly and efficient. She answered all of my questions easily and is very informed. I thoroughly recommend Merivale Vision Care to anyone seeking friendly staff and medical treatment with up-to-date medical technology.
