Very disappointed in the customer service here. I bought glasses for my daughter here recently. They included a "warranty". I use the term loosely. An arm has literally fallen off her glasses for the third time. The cheap glue comes off the arm end of the spring and they can't be repaired. She has had 3 pairs of glasses before these and has not broken any of them. New Look would not cover the arm under warranty. I paid $50 each for the first 2 broken arms. With the third one, I said no more. The frames clearly have a defect. New look will not address the problem. All they have to say is, "she must have broken them." I give them a generous 2 stars. Update - the store manager came through and replaced the frames without charge. I have changed from 2 to 3 stars.

I'm giving them 4 stars because the manager who helped me find my frames was very nice and patient with me while I shopped for 4 different pairs of glasses. The receptionist for the eye exam was cold and seemed impatient. I can't remember what other places charge but for basic frames and lenses was $320 and up.

It was great service at that location. Doctor and staffs were supernice. Highly recommend that place.
