I had an absolutely amazing experience. Mr. Fari was phenomenal and Norma, you’re a role model when it comes to customer service. If you want superior service with a great collection high end eyewear, this is your first choice!!

Very good place to get quality glasses, they make sure that you get lenses and frames that best suits you at the most reasonable price. Shawn, the owner of the store was there to make sure I have received the highest standard of service and the staff were friendly and patient with me. I highly recommend this place.

Best service ever! I highly recommend this store. The staff was friendly and professional. Shawn (the owner of the store) made sure myself and my two boys were suited well with our selected frames, explained perfectly different options of lense that best fitted our needs. After we finalized our choices he gave us the best affordable price. Thank you all.

Horrible experience. It started with the optometrist yelling and swearing about something in the hallway, and then mind blowing rudeness from the balding blonde woman, and then to top it off, when the staff learned that I didn’t find frames that I loved and was going to shop around, they took my prescription from me (after spending over $100 for an eye exam with them) and refused to let me leave with it. That must be a violation of ethics with the college of optometry and consumer rights. Please reconsider if you’re planning on visiting. Especially if your health benefits are limited and you don’t want to be left paying out of pocket for a second exam if you don’t buy glasses from them and they hold your prescription hostage as well. I wish I could give zero stars. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience here. Awful.

A fantastic staff. Their experience in fitting people with the right style of glasses was second to none. My 11 year old daughter was truly afraid of getting glasses and she now loves them thanks to the many compliments from family, friends and teachers. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The owner worked with us to make sure we could get the right pair of glasses for all four family members. Thank you to all staff at Focus Eyewear!😃
