I have been seeing Dr Fichte for over 25 years and would not recommend any other practice but this one! Staff is always friendly and helpful! I had lasik done 2 years ago by Dr Fichte and it's the best decision I've ever made for myself. He is a phenomenal doctor!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. They charge you $25 to get a copy of your own prescription because, according to Gordy the optometrist, "we don't want you to buy your glasses online." Where I choose to purchase my glasses from should be my decision. I find it appalling that they sell patients their own medical records. Had I known that this was their policy from the onset, I would NEVER have recommended their services. Of course, unscrupulous businesses like Fichte, Endl, and Elmer Eyecare do not advertise these shady policies. Beware!

I am filling this review out while I'm in the lobby because the wait is ridiculously unprofessional. We have been here over an hour and no sign of ANY type of doctor or apology for the wait. We are here for a simple eye exam, that's it. I get it, it's Friday and there are a bunch of people to squeeze in to get their appointments done before the weekend. There's a reason why people make appointments, so they don't have to wait over an hour for an eye exam. Customer service isn't a top priority. Two stars instead of one because there's free coffee.

My whole family has been visiting their offices, the old one and the new one since 2009. Dr. Endl has performed 2 surgeries for my mother, the rest of us come in for annual exams and glasses. When the post-op patients are in the office, the wait time can be somewhat prolonged, but considering that one can get several tests done in one visit, without multiple appointments and then see their doctor to discuss all those test at once, I can live with that. Dr. Glose has been seeing my older son and me and we love her to death. Dr. Schenkle has seen my parents and will be seeing my younger son (his doctor is no longer with the office and she was fantastic as well). No words to describe Dr. Endl's expertise, compassion and patience in explaining everything. The opticians are very helpful and patient as well. I love seeing Judy, she always makes my day. I'd give these people a hundred stars if I could. Thank you all for keeping our eyes healthy!
