Dr. Kesty's office cancelled an appointment we had made for a consultation and then preceded to blame us for the cancellation. When I attempted to call the receptionist/supervisor she repeatedly hung up on me and was verbally abusive in the process. While I will be filing a formal complaint, I would ABSOLUTELY not recommend this office to anyone. There are far better offices with a greater knowledge and a capacity for courtesy. We never had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Kesty, so I unfortunately can't speak to his professionalism, but if I could rate this lower than a ,0 I would.

The lack of compassion in this office is a shame. The woman staff especially the blonde hair blue eyed woman was very rude and condescending. I brought my 2yr old with special needs twice and they treated us so poorly. The first time we waited 3 hours with a screaming toddler and still wasn't able to see in my sons eyes as he was irritated after a long wait in a waiting room not meant for children. Dr Vijay was nice enough to suggest we come back and get the first appointment of the day so there is no wait...my husband brought him one month later to an 830am apt where he was supposed to be first and waited over an hour while others were served before him...while being treated the same. Where has the customer service gone in the medical profession. It is hard enough to bring a 2 yr old to get prescribed glasses -10 strength and have drops put in his eyes burning him and making his sight even worse but you have to treat us badly during this emotional tough process. Absolutely awful. All the staff need training or to be replaced. I will not be going back here but would rather travel to Toronto for my sons specialist.
