Simply put, this need be your only stop for all things ocular. From the clean, comfortable, and energetic store front, to the always competitive prices and seasonal specials. Hakim has simply cornered the market in North Bay by going above and beyond time and again. In a world where decent customer service has become somewhat of a rarity, the outstanding staff will handle all needs and, answer all questions. I have had the good fortune to have Kristy assisting me on a number of occasions now. She is a delight to work with. Her Cheerful, professional attitude along with a dazzling smile are a perfect compliment to her seemingly endless knowledge in the field and an uncanny ability to help choose those perfect frames you'll love for years to come. Try them out and you'll definitely be seeing my point much clearer. (See what I did there?) Hakim Optical North Bay for the win!

Friendly staff, who still went out of their way to provide fantastic service despite my missing my first appointment. Kristy was amazing and she even stayed late to get my order for glasses processed. I even called her weird, and she laughed! (long story) Can't say enough about the staff!

Great service and fantastic staff! Kristy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She explained my prescription to me and what kind of lenses were required for my needs! She also put up with my two very busy kids running around the store like a champ! Would definitely continue to shop here.

These are people who clearly understand the meaning of quality and attentive customer service. 2nd to none in North Bay, selection and unequaled service. Front of store staff needs a raise!
