I'd give no stars if that was possible. It was my first time my father visited this place and an optometrist at the Costco here. Dr. Layli T was the optometrist. They didn't get the prescriptions right, glasses with prescription lenses were made, my father couldn't see far in sight it was really blurry for him. This wasn't an issue before in the years he had made prescription glasses, he just wanted to try a new optometrist. Believe it or not they finished the work in less than 10 minutes. It's really rushed and a lot of people wait in line to see the optometrist. For the price paid almost $100 you expect to be treated in a timely fashioned and time taken to ensure the customers prescription and numbers are correct, making them comfortable and allowing them time to provide feedback if they can see or not when examined. It's a rushed process. Highly don't recommend this place or optometrist to anyone.

Just been there today for my new eyeglass prescription. This is the vision center at costco in warden ave. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Adel Khazanei was very nice too. I was maybe 15mins late for my appointment but i was seen immediately when i came. I noticed th⁸ey follow sanitizing and distancing protocol. Only the patients were seated in the waiting area. Might go back there after 2yrs.

Really easy experience. Appointment was accommodated on time, optometrist and receptionist were friendly and knowledgeable. I left with my prescription and wasn't pressured towards buying eyewear.

My initial eye exam was with Dr. Fatima Khan and it went fine, no complaints, but when I called back a few months later for advice on contacts the front desk tried to send me away. There are multiple kinds of designs for bifocal contacts and this was to be my first time trying so I didn't want to go to an optical store because their advice may be financially motivated. I wanted to hear what the "Eye Doctor" recommends... after all, they're only motivated by whats best suited for my condition. A day after explaining this I get a call back from the receptionist telling me the doctor wont talk to me and I'm to go to an optical store. Total brushoff. Sad... Think it's time for a new eye doctor!

My wife and I had an eye examination with Dr. Isabella Chau and we were very happy with our visit. She was very thorough and knowledgable. She took her time to explain all her findings and was very patient with my questions. I will definitely go back to Dr. Chau for my next examination.
