A great family experience. Dr. Bhanji is excellent with children; my children were receptive to the jokes which made them more comfortable with the "doctors" office. Receptionists were exceptionally courteous and polite and the whole appointment was exceptionally fast considering a family of 3. Unknown to me, the nerve in my eye is alot thinner than it should be, and Dr. Bhanji insisted I keep on top of it. I am overwhelmed at the quality of the care, and of the friendliness of the faculty members at this establishment. Looking forward to becoming a long term client.

Great experience seeing Dr. Bhanji! I have been wanting to get laser eye surgery for years and had all my questions answered with patience and care. Dr. Bhanji referred me to a fantastic clinic for the procedure, and was thorough with follow ups. I had small issues in the weeks following my procedure with discomfort in my eyes and Dr. Bhanji always made himself available to have a look and provide simple solutions to relieve symptoms — making me feel heard and well cared for. Would recommend this group to everyone without hesitation!

I am a new patient, as my previous doctor retired. Dr. Bhanji came highly recommended! I knew that I would like him before he even entered the examination room, which, by the way, had an open door, thus more welcoming than a closed one.... he was engaged in friendly banter with his previous patient...AND his delightfully funny tie. He was extremely knowledgeable and put me completely at ease regarding a cataract issue that I had been avoiding. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. He was funny and chatted in a manner that made me feel like a human being and not an “in and out” patient. Thanks to you, Dr. Bhanji and to your courteous and efficient staff...Lynn, Jen and Sonia. Always receive great service from Dr. Bhanji. He is an excellent doctor who is caring and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. Overall, best eye doctor in the city.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bhanji's for years and have always had a great experience, until my most recent eye exam. I went in for the exam and everything was fine, until I went to get my prescription at the reception desk. I was told I had to pay for the exam. I haven't paid for an eye exam in years as it had been covered under OHIP for medical reasons. I am on ODSP and am on a fixed income. It should have been communicated to me before the exam so I had the choice to not proceed.
