Dear madam/sir I would like to complement one of your employees Ms. Jordanna for the excellent service he provided me during my recent visit to LenseCrafters Bayshore, Ottawa. Ms. Jordanna not only was very professional and helped me with my enquiries, but also went out of her way and patiently walked me through various options available to me. I thank her for a great customer service is to be commended. Please be ensured that I will not only continue to do business with Bose for years to come but also will certainly recommend it to all my friends. Can you please let Ms. Jordanna know with a note in his file that her professionalism did not go unnoticed. Best regards Ary Pirazz

I was at this location about a year ago to get my glasses adjusted and went in to inquire about getting another adjustment on a new pair and the answer I received was “did you buy them at this location, or any other LensCrafters?” I said no, and the Asian technician told me they could do it however there is a chance of breakage when adjusting as they are not familiar with my frames. I’m sorry, but the last time I checked a lot of the stores in Ottawa carry the same styles. Her answer didn’t make sense and was condensensing. The particular style I have is sold at LensCrafters, I know because I was looking at them while waiting for the technician to wrap up with the previous customer (I was intrigued and interested by the different colour that they had in store). Very poor client service. Instead of gaining clients you are deterring them, and in a very stupid way, for minor reasons. By the way, I have been to many locations around Ottawa and never had I had anyone give me an excuse for a simple adjustment, the technicians are always glad to do it.

Mark helped fix my glasses even though they weren’t purchased from lenscrafters. He went out of his way to help me and adjusted them perfectly. No scratches, no goof ups - I am super OCD so that was awesome for me. Don’t let the 3.2 stars keep you from trying this place out. Ask for mark!!

Customer service here is the best, the employees are always kind and welcoming and will try to help you get the best price on glasses.

This review is being left simply and plainly for Keith, the guy who works in the back lab of the Bayshore Mall location. He came out when he saw me fiddling with my loose, uneven, dirty glasses. Went out of his way, above and beyond, and fully heated up and cleaned my glasses and tightened and adjueadjthem perfectly. Service at its absolute best.
