After identifying 3 models of OAKLEY sunglasses I was interested online, I called LensCrafters as I want my OAKLEY glasses to be ordered with a prescription. LensCrafters will do that BUT ONLY WITH Oakley frames they have in stock. YES they COULD order the OAKLEY frame I would tell them I want, but they don't offer that level of customer service. The individual who took my call would greatly benefit from basic client service training, starting with the chapter on "friendliness".

Short staffed, but the 2 associates working managed very well. They always have some special, and so the prices are somewhat negotiable. Bright and spacious location. It is super handy that there is an eye doctor and specialist's office right inside this large location. State of the art computerized facility with an on-site lab. #localguide

Worst experience I have ever had, 3 separate appointments to complete an eye exam and I have no clue why. Then over 2 weeks to receive the glasses after being told less than a week. Very poor service both over the phone and in store. So in total 1 month to get glasses for my son with very poor vision, whose glasses we broken at school by a bully.

Very poor service! My husband purchased expensive pair of Rayban glasses 8 months ago. The eye piece broke off so he went to get them repaired. Was told by Manager that he needed to purchase a new set of frames at $180 as they were not repairable. She said she would check to see if they would be covered under workmanship or defect warranty and would call with an update thefollowing day. Two weeks later still havent heard back from them. Went this morning to a local optomotrist who ordered the exact frames for $177 (all inclusive) and said they would come with a 2 year warranty. Will never deal with Lens Crafters again! -don't call back with info when they say they will -don't back up the products they sell. Make you purchase warranties that are included at other optomotrists -overcharge. Wanted to charge $180 for same product we got all-inclusive for $177

Worst experience I ever had. I did an eye exam with Dr Natalia. She is condescending to everyone (including elderly) and so rude to her receptionist. Will never go back.
