Excellent, professional service. The staff are all very informative, attentive and kind. Highly recommend if you live in the west end.

As you can see with most of the reviews here, the service is terrible and the staff (customer service and doctor) are extremely rude to patients. Also, their signs all indicate that they direct bill to sunlife insurance but they don't explain to you that it's only for a specific plan - most plans are not included in their direct billing option. This is fine but their sign is misleading and does not explain anything properly. And the staff do not tell you this until after you've filled out all the paper work. When I explained this issue with their signage and their actual policy both the front staff and the doctor were extremely rude about it

I went to get my eyes reassess 2 weeks after initial eye appointment because my new eye glasses were causing me headaches from blurry vision when looking down that worsen when it's dark. The eye doctor was pleasant and rechecked my eyes. Stated that she my proscription was the same as she prescribed and it was my stigmatism that had changed. Before leaving the establishment- she inquired with her colleagues. That's when they said it was my glasses fames. A male colleague explained to me that it was the frame that was the issue. He used some big word that I didn't understand. I asked him to reexplain as it was unclear to me. He said asked rudely â€˜where did you get your glasses, Laurie?â€™. I shared the information with them and then I asked them to write down the problem with the my frames and they said no. Laughed at the fact that I went to that place to purchase my glasses and I felt as if they were looking down at me. I explained that I had been going there since I was young and there has never been any issue. There was 4 of them in the counter. It was very unprofessional and I left the facility questioning why I have even went there to have my prescription taken 2 years in a row. I would never wish anyone to be feel belittled and ashamed. I would never go back to this location again!

Went into this location recently because one of the tiny screws had fallen out of my Raybans, and all the other screws were loose as well. Stephanie took the time to fix them and clean them - they looked new when I picked them up! She even gave me a new (proper) case for them, and was so nice about everything! Thanks so much :)
