My girlfriend has a William Morris frame for transitional lenses glasses. The right arm hinge has twisted and needed repair (see the before and after pictures). I consulted with Lucy and she explained that the repair required special tools to fix, but may have a risk of being permanently damaged upon repair due to the complexity of its repair. So I took the risk with my girlfriend's consent and Lucy stepped away for around seven minutes and came back with a smile saying, your girlfriend is lucky then handing the now fixed glasses. I couldn't be more grateful so I tried to offer Lucy $20 as for my thanks, but she humbly declined and simply requested us to return to their shop should we ever required any further assistance with our glasses in the future. And so, I decided to write about my experience there today as my thanks. If you are reading this, thank you Lucy! Earlier that day I had gone to another shop and consulted them about my glasses repair. I had been told that it would take them an hour to fix it and that there's a risk of the glasses being permanently damaged so that I am required to sign a waiver. So I inquired on how they would fix it and I was instead told to go somewhere else since they felt that I did not trust them. That being said made me skeptical of their confidence to fix my glasses so I decided to leave. I am glad that i did!

Service here was excellent. Great customer service I would be happy to recommend this location.

I made an appointment here due to the convenient location but after reading the reviews felt somewhat hesitant about perhaps not enjoying my visit. I would like to say that the service here was excellent. Iman at the front desk immediately welcomed me when she was able and helped me with frame selection while I waited for my eye exam. Dr. Philip Bolous was friendly, efficient and knowledageble. And Lucy was extremely attentive and helpful when it came to trying to narrow down what frames I wanted and gave me detailed information on contact options. Thank you everyone. I look forward to my new glasses and I will definitely be back!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Go anywhere but here.
