Fantastic, knowledgeable service, selection and quality at a reasonable price. I was buying prescription glasses for the first time in my life and did a bit of shopping around. Then I went to Arora because it was close to my home and boy I am glad I did. I highly recommend this place.

Superb customer service. I had already checked a few places before and even got a price quote from Lens Crafters. They were charging $200 for designer frames and their lenses for $270 (this was after a 40% discount off their lenses!). I decided to check a few places before making that purchase, and luckily I came across Arora. Got designer frames for $200 and lenses for $150. On top of that, the owners gave me a complimentary mug with candies and lense cleanser and a wipe! Highly recommend

I thought I'd splurge and get a really great pair of edgy glasses. I got my new fashion glasses, but what I did not know was that my lifelong headaches would be eliminated. I mentioned to the owner that I always get headaches, but it can't be my eyes because I get them checked every 6 months. She asked me if I work with computers, and I told her I stare at a computer screen 8 to 10 hours a day in the pharmacy. She told me to get the same glasses but with a special blue coating and it will reflect all blue light. So the light from the computer screen and my cell phone no longer affects my eyes. And my headaches are gone. Amazing staff, amazing product, and very honest.
