Glasses have massive glare!

Staff is friendly but glasses are terrible. I was assured that my glasses would be anti-glare, however they have a distinct green filter and massive glare. It was so annoying I couldn't wear them and I returned the glasses. The owner claimed he sent them to the lab and they changed the lenses. However I saw no difference, still massive glare. The glasses were on sale, I guess you get what you pay for! I went back to the store for the 3rd time and asked staff to remove the lenses from the frame and will have the lenses replaced by Hakim Optical.

Abboud Optical was a fantastic experience from the first time I reached out to them via email. The team was able to get me in for an appointment quickly when I has some concerns regarding my vision. The optometrist was thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions with care (I had a few to say the least). When it was time to find a new pair of glasses, they allowed me to take my time looking through the large selection of frames that they had at the Cyrville location. After about 20 minutes, I found a pair I loved and Charles was more than happy to help me get the exact type of lenses I needed at an amazing price. They were able to directly bill my insurance and pay for the glasses upon pick up. Working with the entire team at Abboud Optical was absolutely seamless and look forward to using their services again in the future!

The staff is very kind and patient, more than willing to answer all my questions. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable, and the glasses are of great quality. Would highly recommend.

From the selection of my eye glasses, to getting my eye exam done, and picking it up, the service in between all and during, were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend, people are very nice and the glasses i got are so clear i can see sounds. Dr. Patricia did great work.

Exceptional staff and service. While there are closer clinics near me, it's worth visiting Abboud Optical. Great selection that includes budget options, and high end frames. Staff were very helpful and patient, and the eye exam was thorough. I had a lot of help picking my frames, and much consideration was put into the price, which I appreciate (I believe it was Charles' son who helped me). Anna was especially helpful, taking the time to consult with me as a first time contacts user. She's incredibly knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her, and any of her talented colleagues.

Best customer service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, plus they understand the challenges of having a super wide head/face! They take their time to explain anything you need and they help you to make choices that fit within your budget. The Optometrists were great too. They actually make you feel like they care to have your business. That's not common these days.
