Great staff! But I’ve been waiting for my glasses for almost a month!! They told me that my glasses were supposed to be done on July 14th..STILL WAITING. I needed my new glasses before I left for vacation. Last time this had happened, they had broken a lenses.

Takes too long. Over promise under deliver

We bought a pair of glasses at this location for my daughter, at well over $500 due to her strong prescription. She had them for a year and a half before the coating on the lenses delaminated making the glass "cloudy" and difficult to see through. After three conversations, escalating through their various managers, Lenscrafters is unwilling to do anything more than tell us we should have bought warranty coverage and point us to their current sale.

Got the protection plan with my young son's new glasses. The service was very poor getting the first pair! A replacement pair had to be ordered and was covered under the protection plan we initially purchased. I have gotten nothing but the run around and have been waiting over a month for my son's glasses. While we wait my son is without his much needed glasses! This location is very poorly organized and most staff have little to no experience. After I get the pair of glasses I am owed our family will NEVER deal with the idiots at this location again!

Was good when I originally purchased my sunglasses and eyeglasses, and then I came for warranty work (from my paid extended warranty) and they did everything they could to NOT be helpful. Also, nobody wanted to help me and they kept passing me off to other sales associates. They also wouldn't help me find a fit for my face... it was a totally different experience. I had to spend 2.5 hours helping myself. I don't recommend the extended warranty cause if you actually need it - good luck to you.
