5 members in my family and we buy all our glasses from Pearle Vision. Have spent 1000's of $$ there. Dropped by today to ask if my frame can be repaired. A small metal piece fell off. Dealt with an older man who could care less. "We don't do that repair here".........Did not even touch the glasses. I get the repair could not be done there, but his abrupt, indifferent attitude was a real turn off. I will never be back. Not the first time this guy has been rude.

I had a horrible experience at Pearle Vision. I went in to buy some new glasses, but even though the store wasn't busy, no one offered to help me out. Once I chose my glasses, I found an employee to let them know I was ready to purchase. He made it quite obvious that he didn't like the choices I made by asking me to try them on and try on other styles that he chose. I found this to be a bit rude especially since he wasn't interested in helping before. I told him I wanted to include blue tech (protective blue light blocking lens) along with my prescription and he did not know how to use the computer to order it. He took over 30 minutes just to place the order. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive, only to find out after arriving at the store that he ordered tinted lenses. They were tinted BROWN because he did not know how to correctly order the clear blue tech lenses. This is not what I wanted (I don't know anyone who wants to look at life through yellow/brown tinted lenses) they made my face look sickly. I had to re-place my order, pay an extra $88, and now i'm waiting ANOTHER 10 business days to receive my glasses. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I will not be shopping at Pearle Vision PTC ever again.

Been going here for years. Always friendly helpful service and a good selection of frames.usually a promotion of some sort or another happening. Good quality frames and lenses. Very helpful after purchase service tune ups to the frames.

Great help today once again and great help in the past. I shopped every store in the mall two years ago and got the best price without evening have to negotiate. I came back today because my glasses were broken and they fixed them on the spot!

I went into look at glasses with my boyfriend, as I had planned to return the next day to purchase a pair. At first the women I dealt with was very helpful but after trying on multiple pairs she appeared to be annoyed. Eventually she made a non-customer-oriented comment that was not appreciated. The point of the store is to get glasses and find a pair you like, but this place seems unfriendly to those who plan to browse first before making a purchase.
