I have an advanced stage of defect in my eyes. This means I need to wear high powered glasses and regularly use eye drops. Anytime I went to the doctor's they NEVER told me what they were planning to do until they actually started the test or procedure. In the last two visits I was randomly given a Visual Field Test and that too after being administered freezing drops. On the next visit I was told I'll be reported to the MTO as as I don't meet the driving standards. GUESS WHAT, I for the same test done 3 different times and I DO meet the standards. BECAUSE OF THIS I LOST OF MY LICENSE, A SOURCE OF INCOME, HAVE BEEN FACING MULTIPLE ISSUES. JUST Because the doctor was Dismissive NOT willing to understand, help or even acknowledge that there is something that can be done like a proper test or repeat of the same test. The worst doctor who never gives enough time or reason for anything they do. And forget Bout By support, they just want the money from their procedures and be done with you. If you want quality eye exam DO NOT EVER go to Dr. Patodia clinic. This is the worst place for any checkup.

Paid 80 bucks to be talked down to by this condescending jerk who also gave my doctor attitude. My father who is also a Dr brought me here originally and I regret going again. He simply said my eyes aren't causing my headaches which is not even what I wanted to know I was curious if I could have a condition which causes headaches blurry vision dry eye red eyes but he walked out before I got a chance to ask. Total waste of money

Intended on getting Lasik done at Patodia's clinic. Was originally willing to pay a bit more to stay in the Sarnia area. The staff are great and friendly and knowledgeable but clearly overworked and therefore hard to get ahold of. I spent at least an hour waiting on my first measurement date. The process afterwards was disorganized I was quoted two different prices. I had to reschedule a measurement appointment because I wasn't provided timely instructions pre-measurement. I went to Lasik MD in London and saved thousands. It was worth the drive. I hope this feedback gets used to improve the process because I do like the people at Patodia and would have preferred to keep my money local.

Ridiculously long wait time!!! We were referred by the emergency department and an appointment was scheduled. We showed up a respectful 15 minutes before our appt. And had to wait 1.5 before we even saw someone and then another hour to see Dr. Patodia. I don't believe an appointment matters, its first come first serve. I'd recommend you come with your phone charged or a book and sit back and relax, its going to be a long wait!! Also, nobody even seemed to care we had to wait this long. I hope I never have to go to Dr. Patodia again!!!

I very recently underwent cataract surgery to both of my eyes. My first appointment with Dr. Patodia went well. He was extremely thorough with his examination and asked me what I expected to receive through surgery. He patiently went through the various lense options that he offers and what he’d recommend for me. He temporarily left the room to give me a chance to think about my choices. He never once pressured me and in the end was pleased with my choice. I opted to go with a Toric lense for my astigmatism. My second visit included eye measurements for my new lenses. The high tech equipment his office offers is very impressive but his staff are even more professional and impressive as they guide you through the process. Lastly it’s surgery day. I was extremely nervous the day of my first surgery and both him and his nurses were very good at calming my nerves. His clinic is very impressive to the eye, extremely clean and very efficiently and well run. Dr. Patodia is a very gentle, kind and friendly man who loves his job and passes his vast knowledge down to his staff and patients. His entire staff and his wife are very pleasant to deal with. His staff have always been extremely professional and pleasant to assist us patients with the best care. I highly recommend Dr.Patodia and his associates to assist you with your eye needs.
