Went in for my first exam and was talked into a pair of progressive glasses and when they arrived the “aim” on them was way off. They then used the very scientific method of using a sharpie to actually get the aim right. So wait another 10 days and the new one come. Gentleman who help me was rude and condescending. He took no more effort than have me put them on and I even had to ask for reading sheet or something to even try them out. Also they never disclosed the 20% restocking fee at time of purchase. Note this on the retail price so in reality since insurance does take hit. I would be out 66% of my $300. Best part is that I was told to pretty much stop asking questions and move on and try them for several weeks. This would of course bring us right up to the deadline for return. Convenient!! So I’m not sure if the lens is now correct or not. For a $&@$& $600 purchase (sure I got fleeced as a novice) this was very disappointing. Will make every effort to find a provider actually interested customer service rather than sales and spiffs

Quick and fun! After having to wear glasses for 20 years, this really was one of the better places I've been! Melanie (spelling?) was fantastic about the puffer. (i really tried my hardest, i swear) The Doc. was a genius! I finally figured out how to put eye drops in my eyes, i cant be more thankful honestly. And Gill helped me find a good price on glasses (which my scrip always makes it expensive, but this was the best deal by FAR) Thank thank thank you! Definitely a regular!

Save your money and go somewhere else for frames and lenses. Way over priced.
