I saw the optician Vijay today. So very helpful and friendly. I had 5 pairs of glasses to adjust and damaged. He made them all like new! He made my day! Great experience and highly recommend!!!!!! So appreciative of his knowledge and skills as an optician! Thank you!!!

Rude customer service! I have a rating of 2 because the prescription is correct and quick service to have them made for me.

Fabulous service. Have bought 2 pairs of my own glasses which were as expected. My elderly father in law (93) had fallen and broke his frames purchased somewhere else, the technician in the store went through every pair of frames in the store to find frames to fit so we didn't have to order new glasses. A couple of weeks later, he some how mangled them and Walmart fixed and never charged. Two different people went over and above to help out an elderly man.

Had an eye exam there in store , purchased new glasses for all the coatings and they were terrible. Couldn’t read road signs blurry vision. Went back and they gave me a new eye test and said they had to make changes so ordered new lenses which I had to pay for again! These are seriously the worst glasses I’ve ever had. I shouldn’t have gone to a Walmart expecting quality eye wear. Never again. I’m back wearing my old glasses

I had the most rude service at the store than I've ever had in my life I called to get my glasses repaired and the lady gave me a hard time and said I could not bring them in to get repaired even though I bought them there last year they gave me no reason why it said I was not allowed in the store what an idiot when I bought the glasses there last year she does not even know me how rude and then she proceeded to hang up on me I will never give him my business ever
