Went in and was helped right away! The staff was very pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions very thoroughly! Got my favourite glasses and didn’t take long at all to come in! Thanks so much to the lovely staff over at Phoenix optical, and a big thanks to Delaney who helped me out that day!

After a bad experience somewhere else, we went to Phoenix to see what they had. The selection was huge, the incentives were great, and the ladies working there were very nice and very helpful. Will definitely go back and I definitely recommend the store.

People seem nice but business itself feels shady. They are quick to take your money or bill your insurance, but they seem to take their time actually getting your glasses ready. Its almost like they are hoping you will just change your mind. Also prices are almost 3x times that of other places. Will not recommend, nor will be back.

So friendly and helpful. Good pricing and value. We highly recommend Phoenix Optical at the Pen!

I was in the store this week to see the Dr. and I was so pleased with the prompt service. I was taken in at my time and the Dr. was very thorough. Secondly although I do have insurance, my insurance does not allow to bill directly to the company. The staff was very helpful in providing me with the information and paperwork that I needed for both the appt and the eye glasses that I chose. I did love the selection even though I was over whelmed by how many they were the staff was very good at helping me pick the perfect pair and to my surprise was something I would never have picked but loved the new look. Thank you for your help ladies. Cathy M
