Awesome experience! Both my daughter and I needed new glasses - the staff was friendly and very accommodating as we worked through some insurance questions. We both received our glasses in a timely manner and can now see much better!

Love this office! Have been coming here for years along with the rest of my family and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for an eye exam!

My eye had been unusually irritated for several hours starting a Friday evening, and on the following morning (Saturday) it looked like something was stuck in my eye and I wanted a doctor to check it out. I called multiple places, but no one seemed able to fit in an appointment the day of. Progressive Family Eyecare in Plymouth was fully booked as well, but after hearing why I wanted to see the doctor, they fit me in last minute (past their closing time) and discovered an eye infection that may have gotten much worse had I waited a few days for another appointment. Dr. Sarah DiPonio-Tulchinsky has been incredibly thorough following the diagnosis / treatment to make sure the infection is healing properly. Needless to say, I am very happy with my experience with them!

Had an annual eye exam with Dr. DiPonio last week and she was wonderful. She took her time and addressed all of my concerns. I definitely recommend her and Progressive Family Eyecare.
