We have been with Dr. Brown for 14 years! Wonderful customer service. If they weren't amazing I wouldn't drive 45 minutes to come here.

Terrible, rude, and dishonest customer service. They sold my wife $600 sunglasses. We got buyers remorse the next day and requested a refund. They told me I couldn't have a refund because the lenses were already at the lab being fabricated and they would call me when the glasses were ready (totally rude). My wife called also, asking for a refund. They told my wife that I called my wife names over the phone to them, and that I was very rude and I made them cry on the phone. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, she said the same thing that she couldn't give me a refund and seemed not to care about the service I have received so far. After arguing for over 20 mins she said she could find out what it would cost to stop the process. My wife called back again and they told her they would charge a $100 restocking fee, never called me back. This whole process would have saved so much time and energy if they had told me that in the beginning.

Must rate as excellent. Mike the ophthalmology assistant was outstanding in professionalism and thoroughness. Dr. Pam Brown followed up with the exam and we cannot say enough how pleasant, professional and down to earth she was. Then the third best part was Sara the person that took all the facts and put it together in helping us select the frames and ensure the glasses fit properly. We believe you'll agree this place is tops!

I have been with that office for over 35 years when Dr Louis Baskin owned it. It has gone completely downhill since Pamela Brown took over. Bought lens last fall to fit in frames that were bought 2 years previously, frames broke, was told they can't be fixed and lens can't be used in any other frame. Out almost $300. So I decided I would go for contacts as a cheaper alternative to buying another pair of glasses. Complete hassle. Had to make 2 appointments just to get contacts I've worn for years previously. I then got a call from their office asking ME what my upcoming appointment was for. When I went in for the appointment I waited over an hour, with BS promises that the Dr would be seeing me momentarily. I walked out. No call of apology. Was contacted about a week later by Amanda asking me to reschedule the appointment. I told her I was not coming back and explained what happened. She was all apologetic and said she would talk to Pam and get back to me. Never heard from them again. That was 3 weeks ago. Seems their only interested in the money. Pam Brown doesn't know how to run a business. It's a shame, Dr Baskin would be appalled. Stay away.
