I have been going to Dr. Tracy Wong for 10 years -- from her days as an associate to her own practice presently. I appreciate her detailed examinations and care demonstrated in ensuring my prescription is as accurate as possible (as I have fairly high astigmatism and would prefer not to have anything change for the worse). She is also able to help with suggesting the right fit for contact lenses, knowing my astigmatism and day job are important factors. Though I live no where close to Scarborough Town Center, I still make the trek to see her as I value her thoroughness as my optometrist.

Great service! Dr. Lisa Tran was able to find the problem with my existing eyeglasses that no other Doctor could. Apparently my prescriptions needed a vertical prism adjustment. This would probably explain the frequent migranes and wavy vision. Customer service at the reception is also great.

Dr Tracy is a lovely person who only insists on what's good for you. The staff are nice too. I had to wait 20 mins more than what time I was assigned, but she was thorough and the appointment did not feel rushed.

I have felt like a pay cheque to doctors before. Nothing but a #. Not here. The staff is SO great and SO friendly. I was nervous because I have some irregularities with my eyes. But they reassured me and answered all my questions. I left feeling like a million bucks. I tell everyone I meet that Dr. Tracy Wong can't be beat for any optometry needs =)

The lady at the front is TERRIBLE! She was yelling at the lady who she was training in front of all of the customers. While Dr. Ana is great, beware if you are a contact lens wearer- they will not give you sufficient information (such as the base curve) to buy contact lenses online- and say that they will only provide the remaining information on their optical side when you purchase contact lenses from them- at double the price that you can get them online. Politely called the same aggressive lady at the front and had to hang up because of her snide tone- she is only nice to people who haven't paid yet- once you've made your payment, she changes her tune. The poor doctors at the office should realize what a nightmare she is to existing customers.
