I cannot believe the negative reviews on Google. Had nothing but an amazing experience while dealing with this store and it's employees. Ravi Sahil helped throughout the entire process and found me the best deal i could possibly ask for (2 pairs for less than $200 each under the Spring Deal) and with my prescription i couldn't be more satisfied. Price, Quality and Customer Service all rank high in my opinion and have already recommended this place to friends and associates. Keep up the good work.

While I was treated very shabbily at this branch, with my complaint being written off over the phone, a Retail Development Manager contacted me and offered a full exchange for the frames of my choice. He also let me choose a different branch, and at 725 Wellington he greeted me in person and I chose another frame, no hassles. The optician spent a lot of time getting my measurements, and I have high hopes for a much better result with the new specs. Thanks for big upgrade in service, that's what customer service is all about IMO.

The negative reviews are spot on. The manager at the King Street location in London is an arrogant, self important know-it-all and I feel sorry for the one good employee. He tried passing off defective frames then lenses that were not properly cut. I can only assume they hoped I wouldn't notice! The frames are mostly rejects and/or overstock from previous years or cheap knock offs purchased for pennies on the dollar but sold as new stock. The wait time is atrocious in this day and age and (retrospectively) I would have gladly paid more for better selection and service. Nine trips and three months to still not get the glasses right (cab fare is $20 return trip)! Do yourself a favour and go to Lenscrfters or any other reputable company, as you truly do only get what you pay for, especially these days

The only thing that bugs me about this company is. they only have doctor's in Tuesday and Wednesdays for eye exams that's no good for people that work full time.guess I will find another company to give my money to

Store says they open at 10. Waited outside of it for half an hour after paying for parking, and nobody opens the doors, you don't see anybody in there, and when I phoned at a quarter past there was no answer. A lady with her young daughter was there for the second day on a row. Today she kept her out of school to take her at opening, (of which just didn't happen) because yesterday she took her daughter there at 11, and waited outside for the "lunch break" for TWO HOURS!!! HONESTLY I don't understand how these people have jobs. I would never try to work with them again. Its a waste of time, and money. I wouldn't give them half a star if that was an option.
