I came here many years ago and had no problems until today. Very disappointing with Ms. Personality who cashed me how. I always wear a certain brand of contacts because they work for me. Well she went to say that “this brand is discontinued” and offered another brand. Well I had found out while I was sitting there that I am able to still get them. So o told her to leave the ex be. Well Im always provided with a sample pair of contacts but since I wasn’t getting glasses or contacts from them she said they won’t give me a sample since it’s a different type. Waled out very upset. I’ll be contacting corporate tomorrow about this very rude person working there

I've been going here for about 8-9 years now and it is absolutely horrible. My eye doctor, Dr. Rivere would not listen to anything I said .I've been wearing contacts for 10 years and he told me that I was on a different brand when I was telling him I have never used that brand and they must have mixed my brother and I up since he goes there as well and has a similar name as me. The other doctor there as well told me maybe I just can't wear contacts when I told her the brand I was wearing was making my eyes water. They did not want to allow me to wear trials for too long. I only had 2 trials for contacts and neither of them were working for my eyes, because the doctor wouldn't listen to what I was saying. They are extremely rude. I've bought $400 glasses and when I went to pick them up they were the wrong pair and they gave me a difficult time switching them when they made the mistake. I ordered contacts before and no one ever called me to tell me they were in to pick them up. The front desk people are very unprofessional and do not want to listen to anything you have to say. I've called before to make an appointment and they talk to me as if I'm stupid when asking simple questions such as how many exams can I get in a year with the eye care club in order to determine if I can go elsewhere. I will no longer be going here. I only went because it was close to my house and convenient to stop by after work and because I finally found Dr. Patel who was amazing but now that she is no longer there I will not be coming back to this location. Unfortunately because I already paid for the eye care club I have to go back to America's Best to get my eye exams. I hope they can hire new staff that are considerate and treat their customers well. There have been so many incidences where they have been rude to me, inconsiderate and unprofessional. My siblings and my parents go here as well and we all had issues here. Very disappointed with the service here.

Called to see if they could replace my nose pads and they told me no problem. Drove through heavy construction to get there and they turned me away because I didn't buy them at that location. I even offered to pay and they still turned me away!

Been coming here for almost 10 years. Only place I'll go and I love my glasses.

I am at this location as i write this.so far been waiting an hour past my appointment time .finally made it to the back and because i want contacts i have to make another appointment to have them show me how to put them in.i am not kidding.then the lady seemed to have an attitude just because i turned down a test for glaucoma.so far i really regret choosing this location.i will keep ya posted on the reminder of my experience , but so far not good.well here i am still without my contacts one week later and because i can't get those slimey little things in my eyes at the office they will not give them to me or even my prescription.oh ya of course they were late in taking me to the back past my appointment.i only went here because its close and my wife went their.after this experience i would rather drive 50 miles to some place better.whatever happened to good ole fashion service and businesses that appreciate your business.
