We ordered glasses from City Optical, 440 Bathurst Street, Toronto. The order was for my sister, we were served by Inna. Excellent experience and service. The only recommendation I have is, to have a sign outside of the building, that will make easier to find the store. Thank you for your excellent service.

This location is great! My daughter and I went in to get our eyes checked and to pick out a pair of glasses. From the beginning of our visit, Lila (or Lyla?) was very welcoming when we walked in. The eye doctor was prompt, quick and treated us with respect. Geeta (or Gita?) assisted us as well, and was very pleasant. The reviews are night and day, and compared to what I experienced, my daughter and I thought they were a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work!!!

I booked an appointment here because my father had an issue with his glasses. We went in together and was welcomed from Kate. She was there to save the day . . . the customer service was beyond. Our problems were solved. I would recommend anyone to go here for thensuperior customer service and quality of glasses.. Thanks again Kate for the amazing warm welcome to City Optical.

I just finished my eye exam today , and I regret booking appointment at this place . The eye specialist man wasn’t nice to me at all and he made feel that m not welcomed in his clinic. I wanted to get up from the chair from the first minute. After we finished and he gave me my measurements i was surprised that my right vision changed from -3.50 to -2.50 within 10 months and i wanted to discuss it with him . And he didn’t seem to care he didn’t even reply with a word like just get out of here !! Moreover, the front disk knows nothing about the back disk like of they weren’t working together!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone

This is the worst optical place I've ever been, they're ripping off people. I'm sorry I went there and I'll never go back there to get glasses. They need to hire people who know what they're doing, and stop charging people valuable money for their cheap rubbish products. They're also ripping off the govt. who are sending people to them. It's better to borrow or save for a decent pair of glasses than to waste your money by going to these people. I paid for a pair of glasses and got rubbish, so I'll have to get a good pair of glasses elsewhere soon. They don't even know the proper way to put a pair of screws in glasses, so one of my lenses fell out on my way home a few months later.. Luckily I had a kit at home and managed to patch it up myself. I was told to bring it back, but the person who answered the phone told me that the screws were put in correctly. However, she did not have an answer when I said I have been wearing glasses for about 50 years and have never seen them put upside down. I paid for transition lenses, but the glare from the sun almost blinds me when I go out. Never before have I had that problem when I bought glasses elsewhere. Please stay away from this place!
