Today I happened to be in the Queen East area with my kids when my son who is an infant scratched my eye. At first I wasn’t too bothered by it but as time went on it got worse and worse so I thought I better get it checked out. I googled optometrists near by and called to see if I could just come. I am not a patient but they took me right away and were so accommodating to the fact I had my two kids with me. The doctor let me hold my son while he examined me and gave my daughter stickers and let her try on glasses through my appointment. She had so much fun. The doctor was efficient, kind, and gave me very clear information about the scratch in my eye. He gave me a prescription and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. I am so glad I went in because my eye was pretty severely scratched and the experience, which could have been disaster, was so painless and even enjoyable because of this amazing doctor and staff at 360 eyecare! Highly recommend!

Amazing place! Staff is very professional and friendly, and the optometrist is the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be going there for as long as I live in Toronto.

Great store! It can get pretty busy on Saturdays, but the girls keep up with it! Great team dynamic. I didn't get my eyes checked there :( but I popped in to see their frames now that i'm shopping around for glasses, and the girl who helped me was super sweet and gave me all the info i needed and didn't pressure me at all. Even gave me their card to call if i had any more questions. Great store!

I decided to book a much needed eye exam after not having one in a few years and let me honestly say it was the most informative eye exam I've ever had! Usually the doctor just writes a prescription and off I go but so many of my questions where answered! The ladies at the front helped me pick out a nice pair of glasses in no time! I am very excited to go back and get them when they arrive. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area hands down!

360 Eyecare truly provides a full spectrum of care; when I brought my prescription in to have reading glasses made, the staff were very informative. Although my prescription called for both reading and distance lenses, I only wanted to get reading glasses. The staff explained all their different lenses, and made sure I got the right design for my lifestyle. I wasn't pressured to buy new frames, even though I had a pair of vintage frames that needed a fair bit of tuning up; they were more than happy to make sure my frames were up for the job. I recommend their services to all of my friends and colleagues! Great job 360 and Team! I will be back!
