My first pair of glasses. I did a lot of research on line before walking in an eye store as I consider quality glasses to be a medium to long term investment. I found so many horror stories with many of the big chain stores, high employee turnover rate, and high customer volume can really make the whole experience go bad fast, especially if you have a problem! My goal was to stay within my budget, get a pair of glasses that operate well, and look good on my face. In the end I got exactly that, a good looking designer pair of frames, with excellent quality lenses, at the price point I wanted; And isn't that exactly what anyone should want? I was using a drug store bought pair of reading glasses but they looked a bit ridiculous on my face and I was still having trouble reading. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 20 years. Dr. Law is excellent! There is quite a few things to consider when purchasing glasses, I found that Eric took the time to explain all the different options involved. Once I received my custom glasses, what a difference! Night and day! Have already gotten many compliments on them. You definitely get what you pay for. Bottom line... Metroptical is my kind of place, and should be yours too! No high pressure sales tactics, they gave me the time to process my options on fit, quality and functionality. They have something for everyone at any price point. Will be definitely telling everyone in my circle to go there. Thanks again to Dr. Law and Eric for walking me through the entire process, cheers! Eric and his staff offer excellent service from the first meeting, the fitting and purchase of my glasses through to the aftercare and valuable care information. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Eric is very knowledgeable, considerate of customer needs, and careful with details. I've bought new glasses from Metroptical and also had them replace the lenses in another pair, which another store had gotten all wrong. Both experiences were positive, without any stress or complications. Eye exams here were also quick and thorough. Highly recommend.
